    My friend Anne Sprincis was supposed to receive a call a few days ahead to set up a delivery time but only got called same day and the plant & balloon was left at the door. In the end her boyfriend from Newmarket picked it up and brought it to his place so a waste of a $25 delivery. She finds it odd how large the Bonsai tree is, based on her perceptions. I told her to pass by and make an exchange if possible.

    I asked for a special request of a gift basket with a mixture of salty snacks and chocolate bars in the happy face bow and got what I asked for...thank you for doing that. It would be better still if you could take a picture of my special request to send to me in the future so that I know what it looked like. Perhaps you should make up baskets like that. Kids like varieties.

    Delivery was fast and that was great, the arrangement looked beautiful, however I am unsure why I paid for the upgraded one, the one that was delivered was the standard one.
