    Although most of the flowers I've sent or received from Coles have been fabulous, this time the arrangement seemed skimpy and bedraggled. My daughter, who gave it to me, was disappointed. I felt badly for her. Of course, I told her I loved them!

    Very much appreciate your persistence getting in touch with recipient to schedule delivery. I do wish there was 1 reasonable delivery charge for delivering multiple items to 1 address at same time. $20 EACH for 5 items delivered together to same recipient is a bit steep.

And although they were not able to deliver to the memorial service at the time of my late request, they accommodated by delivering to the celebration of life ceremony a few days later.     Coles did a nice job in delivering the flowers to Sanderson Funeral Home and in notifying me of the delivery. No problem with Coles, but trying to use my cell phone to order flowers, while on a cruise ship in Alaska, was painful. Had to give, get help, and use the ship's computer.

    I ordered some flowers online about a week before my best friend's birthday. I wanted them delivered to her at work, so I provided that address.
